Job Description
Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient physical therapy practice in Winter Garden, Florida. Our clinic is dedicated to providing one-on-one patient care , allowing our therapists and assistants the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes. We're looking for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys collaborating with others, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed to help our patients and clinic succeed. Responsibilities Provide individualized one-on-one patient treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Assist with daily clinic operations and other responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while managing patient schedules efficiently. Positive attitude with a willingness to be a supportive team player. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
