In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate legal records, ensuring seamless case registration, and supporting the overall efficiency of our legal operations. Your expertise in document management, data entry, and legal terminology will be instrumental in upholding the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal environment where precision and professionalism are paramount. Duties Register and process legal documents, filings, and case materials with accuracy and efficiency using case management software and document management systems such as iManage Maintain meticulous records of all registrations, filings, and correspondence related to ongoing cases Proofread legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to procedural standards before submission Assist with legal research and discovery processes by organizing case files and relevant documentation Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and legal standards Support client communication by providing updates on registration status and responding to inquiries professionally Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and audit readiness Experience Proven experience in law office administration or legal support roles, preferably as a paralegal or legal clerk Strong analysis skills to review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with legal terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data entry, and communication Experience with case management software and document management systems such as iManage or similar platforms Excellent proofreading skills coupled with strong writing abilities for drafting correspondence and reports Familiarity with legal research techniques, discovery procedures, and legal discovery tools Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in a role that combines technical proficiency with a passion for precise recordkeeping!
