Job Description

Braselton Endodontics is a brand-new specialty dental practice opening in Braselton, Georgia. We are seeking a warm, organized, and highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for our patients and referring offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice from the very beginning and help build a positive, patient-centered culture. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Communicate with referring dental offices Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient financial discussions Manage patient records and correspondence Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment Support the doctor and team in delivering outstanding patient care What We're Looking For Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new technology and software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience:
Dental experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as: Medical offices Hospitality Customer service Education Law offices Administrative support Office management We are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and a desire to learn.
