Enrollment Coordinator Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Enrollment Coordinator manages the student enrollment process, maintains accurate student records, provides exceptional customer service to families, and supports school operations through communication, event planning, and recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct school tours and assist prospective families. Process enrollments, withdrawals, transfers, and waitlists. Maintain accurate electronic and physical student records. Ensure all required enrollment documents are complete and licensing compliant. Respond to phone calls, emails, and enrollment inquiries promptly. Prepare enrollment packets and welcome new families. Plan and coordinate school events, open houses, and family engagement activities. Create and distribute newsletters, parent updates, and school announcements. Assist with marketing, social media, and community outreach to increase enrollment. Monitor classroom availability and enrollment numbers. Maintain a professional, organized front office. Support Georgia Pre-K, Bright from the Start, and CACFP compliance requirements. Qualifications High school diploma required; childcare or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office technology. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
