Job Description
Description Assist patients in a high-volume area while providing excellent customer service, to ensure the patient and their family have excellent experience. Primarily responsible for gathering accurate information on the patient encounter for the purpose of registration in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring all documents are completed prior to the patient transferring to the appropriate departments. Register all patients in accordance with DNV, HIPAA, federal and state regulatory agencies, organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Acknowledge all patients promptly and professionally when they arrive at the admissions desk. Displays consistent ability to prioritize and complete registrations in an accurate and timely manner.
