Responsibilities Performs a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Patient Care/Surgical Services Divisions' Operational, Clinical, Quality, and Educational initiatives. Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or Healthcare related field. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision making abilities. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.
PREFERRED
Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience. Prior project / system implementation experience.
