ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to join our Metter clinic. This role is the heartbeat of our front office and plays a huge part in our patient experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Patient Care & Coordination Greet patients warmly and professionally Schedule appointments & collect co-pays Help ensure every patient receives excellent care Patient Flow & Scheduling Manage daily schedules Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency EMR & Billing Support Work within EMR systems Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts Ensure accuracy and compliance Marketing & Community Outreach Help with patient engagement events Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter) ✅

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE

Friendly, outgoing, and professional Organized, reliable, and great at multitasking A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Zoom, Meet Comfort using (or learning!) AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and more

POSITION DETAILS
