Route patients quickly and accurately to the right person. Help schedule appointments and update patient records. Take messages like a pro and make sure they get where they need to go. Keep patient info secure—HIPAA is serious, but you'll be trained to handle it with ease. What Makes You the Perfect Fit High school diploma or equivalent. You're quick, personable and thrive when things get busy. Computer savvy and ready to learn. Experience in a medical office or call center? Great! Not required—we'll train you. Multilingual? Even better (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian are especially helpful).
