In this role, you will answer phone calls, schedule and coordinate meetings, and process incoming mail. The ideal candidate will have their high school diploma and one year of office experience. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Process and distribute incoming mail. Copy, scan, and file important documents. Prepare narrative and numerical reports. Maintain office equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of office experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Knowledgeable of various cultures. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and state/federal background check.
