Job Responsibilities Under general supervision, performs pre-registration and registration of patients to obtain accurate demographic and insurance information, capture required signatures, provide explanation of processes and forms, and ensure all actions of the registration process are performed accurately and efficiently to support the financial stability of the organization. Answers incoming calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional manner providing a prompt response and accurate call routing to support a patient-centered care organization. Required Qualifications

  • NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate
  • Associate degree in healthcare related area of study
