Job Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Partial Part Time Patient Registration Rep for its Ames Business Services department. This position will "float" as needed to Ames locations. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
greeting, instructing, registering, checking in and directing patients and visitors. Responsible for answering patient billing questions, taking payments, balancing cash drawer for different locations in Ames and working misc reports. Give general information on clinic services in accordance with McFarland Clinic Employee-Level Vision related behaviors.
Education High School Diploma, GED or HiSET Days:

Saturday Hours:
Varies Experience Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, proficient typing skills. Customer service experience and working with the public required.
