- As the Imaging Office Coordinator, you will be joining a team of employees who are compassionate, kind and deliver high quality, patient centered care.
In this role:
+ You will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the radiology department, including patient scheduling, registration, recordkeeping, telephone and office reception, and routine office duties. + You will help to positively manager and coordinate each patient's experience during their time in the radiology department. + You will perform lead duties, directing the work of the radiology secretaries and other clerical staff. + You will ensure that all required documentation for each procedures is present before the exam is started. + You will utilize effective reception skills to help ensure high patient satisfaction by pleasantly acknowledging patients and visitors as they arrive, answering phones in a friendly, professional manner. + You will assist with the training of new technologists and student technologist in all department procedures related to the radiology office. + You will perform other duties as assigned.- What qualifications you will need:
- + •One (1) year experience in medical office environment preferred.
- + •American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- + •Competence with computer systems is required.
