Medical Office Receptionist

Our fast paced OB/Gyn medical practice is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist. Every patient is a unique individual to whom WomanCare practitioners provide excellent medical care with respect, empathy, compassion and dedication. We create an environment where patients feel comfortable and safe to be open and proactive about their concerns. Our practitioners understand and address our patients needs -- emotional, psychological and physical.

Receptionist Job Requirements:

Applicant to have previous medical experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, be reliable, well organized, ability to work in a team environment, able to multi-task and be detailed orientated. Responsibilities will include greeting patients, check patient in and out, mange payment collections for products, verification of patient information, verification and update insurance, check eligibility, collect copays and balances, understanding of medical insurance, schedule appointments and manage provider schedules. Previous experience with eClinical EMR system preferred. Applicant able to work in our Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Buffalo Grove and Kildeer locations. Evenings and Saturday hours required.
