Bilingual Patient Representative (Front Desk) - Berwyn, IL Make a difference every day by creating a welcoming experience for patients. Heart Care Centers of Illinois is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Patient Representative to join our busy Berwyn clinic. As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience while ensuring our front office runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion. Register patients accurately and verify insurance information. Schedule follow-up appointments and diagnostic testing. Check patients in and out efficiently. Collect co-pays, account balances, and referrals according to clinic procedures. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Track patient encounter forms through the billing process. Protect patient privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
