You'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping with scheduling, registration, insurance, and general office tasks. This is a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities Greet patients, schedule appointments, and update records Verify insurance, process payments, and assist with billing Maintain accurate patient files while following HIPAA guidelines Handle phone calls, faxes, and other administrative tasks Keep the front desk area clean and welcoming Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting Team player with a positive attitude We value experience but will train the right candidate!
