Pay Rate:
$13.00-$15.00 per hour (Based on experience, qualifications, and performance) Position Summary Kingdom Care Solutions, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Patient Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning as needed. Prepare and serve meals while following dietary restrictions. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean living environment. Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless authorized). Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when required. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience as a Patient Care Aide, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required. Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transportation is required). Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely. Skills & Abilities Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Dependability and professionalism. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Respect for client privacy and confidentiality. Work Environment Patient Care Aides provide services in clients' homes and may work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs. Duties often involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility and daily activities.
