We have grown to multiple clinics throughout the Indianapolis area, with locations in Avon, Speedway, Mooresville, Danville, and Seymour. In this role you will interact and build relationships with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to create streamlined scheduling and financial workflows. Daily tasks include insurance verifications, managing prior authorizations, scheduling, reconciling patient payments and following up on referrals. A patient-centered mindset and the ability to work autonomously will elevate your success in the role.
License & Experience:
Duties Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and providers. Insurance verifications. Obtain and maintain authorizations. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems. Calling, scheduling and following up on all referrals. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and any necessary instructions. Assist in the management of office operations to ensure a smooth workflow within the practice. Front end collections and reconciling daily deposits. Experience Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable to enhance communication with healthcare professionals. Experience in providing medical administrative support will be beneficial for managing patient interactions effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care are crucial for this position.
