Monday-Friday, 8 ‑ hour shift 9-5:30

• Onsite position Position Overview The Registration Specialist supports primary care operations by providing exceptional customer service and facilitating patient flow from arrival through departure. This role ensures accurate patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and communication while working closely with patients, providers, nursing staff, MAs, and clinic leadership. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with check ‑ in and check ‑ out Schedule appointments and manage clinic workflows Work insurance and demographic queues to ensure accurate records Answer incoming calls and route patients and visitors appropriately Collect and validate patient demographic and insurance information Explain department policies, charges, and payment expectations Enter information accurately to support reimbursement and clinical outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, providers, nursing teams, MAs, and managers Support primary care clinic operations with professionalism and efficiency Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
