Rogers Street in Bloomington, Indiana. We are a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice and we have been in business for 30 + years. At Rehabilitation Associates of Indiana (RAI), our physicians specialize in diagnosing and treating individuals who are experiencing acute or chronic pain. We believe in treating the whole patient. We share our medical knowledge to help patients understand their condition and provide the tools and resources to manage it. We use a variety of treatment methods to reduce or eliminate problems and decrease the possibility of recurrence. This comprehensive approach produces not only cost-effective results but also a high degree of patient satisfaction.
Job Duties will include:
Answer phones Answer phones Insurance verification Make phone calls to patients Check patients out Scheduling Patients followup appointments Cleaning and restocking exam rooms Monitoring Physician Schedules Scheduling labs and x-rays Process and enter patient referrals Calling Patients with lab and x-ray results Prep next day's patient visits Print and distribute faxes, labs, xrays Inspect reports Responding to patients questions regarding refills on prescriptions Processing refills as directed by physician All other duties as assigned Requirements will include: 2-4 years of medical office experience required. Experience in a certified EHR. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. We offer competitive salary, health, dental, vision, life, 401K and generous vacation package.
