Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOAOHIN) is looking for a compassionate therapist to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment on the west side of Indianapolis and in Plainfield. This is a role for someone who wants meaningful clinical work, a strong team, room to grow, and real flexibility. You'll also have the opportunity to: Receive on-staff clinical supervision if you are eligible and working toward higher licensure Build strong experience in substance use disorder, mental health, trauma-informed care, and family systems Pursue professional development and internal advancement Work for an organization with more than 1,000 employees across Ohio and Indiana Be part of a mission focused on helping people rebuild their lives and reach their full potential Responsibilities The Therapist will: Provide individual and group counseling Complete pre-screens, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate client records Connect clients with needed resources Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team Meet applicable VOAOHIN, DMHA, DCS, Medicaid, CARF, and grant-provider standards Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Current Indiana licensure at LSW or higher, LMHCA or higher, or LAC or higher Ability to provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments and treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation At VOAOHIN, our work is rooted in compassion, service, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. West Indianapolis & Plainfield, Indiana Requirements:

Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field Current Indiana licensure at LSW or higher, LMHCA or higher, or LAC or higher Ability to provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments and treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
