As a member of the front office, you'll work in a collaborative, shared space performing a myriad of client support and clerical duties. We are looking for someone who can welcome families and staff with a warm, friendly smile, that is proficient with standard business applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and has experience with insurance verification in a medical setting . The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player that has exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work in our fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, have attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills. Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to; communicating with patients, families, and staff in a positive and respectful manner, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, patient data entry, and other general office duties.
