This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service for our patients and support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, specifically in radiology, along with proficiency in various computer systems. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate medical records and patient files. Utilize medical terminology effectively to assist patients and staff. Input and update patient information. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Tasks include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, checking in appointments, and all other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with insurance plans and the ability to understand patient needs. Proficiency in using PACS and RIS systems is a plus. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
