In this role, you will be responsible for indexing documents into patient charts, scan new patient records, and be responsible for the general organization and maintenance of patient records. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities File patient medical records and information Request New Patient records Handle medical records requests from clinical staff Maintain the confidentiality of all patient medical records and information Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Records Clerk or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes Familiarity with information management programs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
