Job Description
Patient Accounts Representative at Clay County Medical Center, full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Responsible for managing private-pay patient accounts. This responsibility includes assisting patients and guarantors with payments, payment plans and financial assistance. Posts patient payments, generates and approves patient billing statements, communicates with outside collection agency. In addition, assists with other duties as assigned. These activities are completed following established policies and procedures, and in compliance with 501r, HIPAA, regulatory agencies and the organization's Code of Conduct.
