Patient Service Representative (PSR) Retina Associates, LLC is a sub-specialty medical practice seeking a dependable Front Desk Associate to offer an exceptional level of customer service to our patients and reliable support to our staff.
Job Duties:
Greeting patients in a high-volume clinic. Check in and out patients, including scheduling follow up appointments. Collect amounts due (copay or balances on accounts). Detailed data entry. Ensure that demographics are accurate and current. Electronically verify insurance coverage. Operate a multi-line telephone system. Occasional travel between clinic locations.
