Position Overview The Senior Director of Patient Financial Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for patient financial services teams across Kansas and Missouri. This executive-level role drives modernization of revenue cycle operations, strengthens financial sustainability, and leads enterprise-wide improvements in billing technologies, reimbursement workflows, and operational performance. This leader will partner closely with clinical, operational, financial, and technology teams to improve revenue outcomes while ensuring compliance, accountability, and exceptional service delivery.
