We are currently seeking a Registration Specialist for our Family Medicine Clinic in Park City . In this role, you will be the first face many patients see as they begin their healthcare journey. Your professionalism, warmth, and service-focused mindset will play a key part in ensuring that our patients have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients and providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional first impression Completing patient registration, including verifying demographics, insurance, and required documentation Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow through the clinic Assisting patients and families with questions, directions, and support throughout their visit Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all registration and privacy standards Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Performing general office and clerical duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Education High school diploma or GED required Associates degree or some college preferred Experience Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and strong interpersonal skills Knowledge & Skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Professional demeanor, compassion, and comfort working with diverse patient populations Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced front desk environment Basic computer skills and accuracy with data entry Medical terminology coursework preferred Licensure, Registration, or Certification No licensure required Join our Team!
