DENTAL - Patient Care & Financial Specialist East Side of Wichita, Kansas Where modern, biological dentistry meets a wellness-minded experience. Our established East Side dental practice is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Patient Care & Financial Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values health-centered dentistry, enjoys connecting with patients, and brings strong expertise in insurance coordination and treatment planning. At our practice, we highly focus on biological dentistry—an integrative approach that supports healing in the whole body, not just the teeth. About the Role You'll play a vital part in the patient journey—from verifying insurance and creating treatment plans to presenting financial options and coordinating care with precision and empathy. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help patients feel informed, valued, and supported throughout their treatment. Responsibilities Verify dental insurance coverage and file claims accurately Create, organize, and present treatment plans clearly and professionally Calculate patient copays and explain financial options with transparency Coordinate appointments and ensure seamless communication between patients and the clinical team Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (required) Strong background in insurance coordination and treatment planning Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Interest or experience in biological dentistry is a plus

7:45 AM - 5:00 PM (most)

Fridays:
