Job Description
Responsible for the strategic management of assigned Nursing and other clinical and ancillary patient care functional areas/services. Serves as member of senior management team for the Hospital and as department head for assigned Nursing and Patient Care and Ancillary departments, units, and services. Makes decisions within the framework of the organization philosophies, policies, and procedures. Makes independent decisions for assigned services following the guidelines established by Administration. Develops strategies for implementing solutions that achieve, support and enhance corporate strategic plans, vision, mission and values. Minimum Qualifications Four years progressively responsible healthcare experience required. Previous management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree preferred. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Kentucky required.
