Job Description

Overview Position:
Patient Service Specialist Location:
Georgetown, KY Type of Employment:
Fulltime (FLOAT)
Schedule:
Weekdays (7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm)
Compensation :
Starting at $16/hour (pending experience) + $1000 sign on bonus
  • This is a FLOAT position, which requires traveling between teams/centers in the greater Georgetown area.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record is preferred.
  • When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Georgetown , we want them to have an exceptional experience - starting at the front desk.
That's where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. Don't underestimate the impact you can make on every patient's care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 1
Year of Front Desk Experience Health Care Experience Preferred Qualifications:
