This position is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing front desk activities, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person. Duties Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and phone systems. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records. Provide support to various departments, facilitating communication and workflow. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical tasks. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or clerk role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with experience in managing phone systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is a plus.
