Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (English & Spanish) 14296 Airline Highway, Gonzales, LA 70737 Full-time Full-time Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (English & Spanish) Coleman Chiropractic Center Full-Time | Fast-Paced Healthcare Environment | Growth Opportunities Coleman Chiropractic Center is seeking an exceptionally energetic, hardworking, and positive Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is not a desk job where you'll sit all day. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires someone who thrives on staying busy, helping people, multitasking, and being part of a high-performing team. Our clinic specializes in non-surgical spinal decompression, corrective chiropractic care, and rehabilitation therapies. We help patients suffering from chronic back pain, neck pain, sciatica, disc injuries, and neuropathy regain their lives without drugs or surgery. We are a well-oiled machine that operates with purpose, efficiency, and teamwork. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who can keep up with our pace, contribute positively to our culture, and genuinely care about helping patients. What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same. This is a true multitasking position that may include:
  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Translating and communicating with Spanish-speaking patients
  • Managing patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Scheduling appointments and answering phones
  • Assisting patients with spinal decompression and rehabilitation therapies
  • Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
  • Collecting payments and handling administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Educating patients on treatment procedures and office policies
  • Supporting doctors and team members wherever needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
