Process and maintain student academic records in Banner, including grade forgiveness, incomplete grade conversions, full-time status adjustments, fee waivers, mental health waivers, degree awarding, and other student record updates in accordance with university policy. Submit and maintain National Student Clearinghouse reporting, including degree verification files, enrollment-related reports, error resolution, and related student status updates. Support implementation of course and curriculum changes approved through the University curriculum approval process; update Banner course catalog screens and Degree Works as needed, ensuring course data is accurate before departments begin building future class schedules and Degree Works audits are correct before advising begins. Maintain course catalog information in Banner, including course additions, deletions, revisions, prerequisites, co-requisites, and other relevant information. Audit and validate class schedule data entered by departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with university policy, catalog requirements, approved curriculum, prerequisites, co-requisites, and scheduling standards; communicate issues to academic departments as they arise. Perform Degree Works scribing, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting, including tracking approved curriculum changes, identifying impacted scribe blocks, preparing and marking up affected scribe blocks, updating scribe blocks, reviewing and testing "what-if" audits, and resolving Degree Works issues throughout the academic year. Assist with registration and schedule troubleshooting, including resolving registration errors, correcting Banner catalog or schedule setup issues, and supporting departments during schedule-building and active registration periods. Prepare, maintain, and review reports and records, including graduation statistics, post-graduation reports, student record reports, and other Registrar-related data files. Provide professional, customer-service focused support to students, faculty, staff, departments, and external partners, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, FERPA compliance, and consistent application of university policies. Represent the Office of the Registrar and Enrollment Management professionally and work collaboratively with university departments to support enrollment, retention, graduation, compliance, and student success initiatives. Ability to effectively motivate, manage, and supervise employees Serve on University committees as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar, Executive Director of Enrollment Management, or other appropriate university leadership.
Required:
Bachelor's degree IT or systems related troubleshooting background CRM or multiple database experience Data analysis experience Strong writing and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints, prioritize completing tasks, utilize critical thinking skills, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
Preferred:
