Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates. Support clinical staff with medical documentation and updating electronic health records (EHR) efficiently and securely. Maintain strict patient confidentiality while providing attentive care tailored to individual needs, including working with geriatric patients and those in post-acute or sub-acute care settings. Operate medical equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper infection control practices are followed to uphold patient safety standards. Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans and address patient concerns proactively. Follow established protocols for infection control and hospital safety procedures to minimize risks within inpatient, outpatient, or clinic environments. Skills Prior experience in Level II trauma centers or emergency medicine environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, and acute care procedures enhances your ability to support diverse patient needs. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required to respond effectively during emergencies. Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs assessment, and medical equipment operation ensures precise support for clinical teams. Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) management promotes efficient documentation workflows. Strong understanding of infection control practices and patient safety protocols is essential for maintaining a secure care environment. Excellent communication skills enable effective caregiver interactions and foster trust with patients from various backgrounds. #

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
