Schedule:

Be the Best Hospice Inpatient Visit Physician You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Maintains an active license and DEA in the state of Massachusetts (Preferred) Hospice or hospice visit experience
Job Requirements:
Develop and maintain Plan of Care for each inpatient, including discharge planning discussions with care team, patients, and families Participate in prognosis evaluation and certification/recertification Sign death certificates as needed Conduct daily patient rounds and set consistent rounding schedules with interdisciplinary team Ensure proper documentation of eligibility for inpatient care Provide education and training to interdisciplinary team and new staff Provide after-hours call coverage on days with inpatient visits Come As You Are At AccentCare, you're part of a community that cares — for patients and each other.
