Job Description

We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy for individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing emotional and mental health disorders to support patient well-being and social adjustment.
Primary Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments and document findings Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions Develop and implement patient-specific, evidence-based interventions Ensure timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions Utilize community resources to support patient reintegration and adjustmentPractice Info :
Primarily focus on adults: option to see pediatric and adolescent patients if preferred Monday- Friday clinic hours: 4.

Anticipated Base Compensation Range:
$60,000- $90,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field Active LCSW or LCPC in the state ofIllinois:
