Full-Time Shift:
Days Make an Impact with Baystate Health Baystate Health is seeking multiple Patient Service Representatives to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Team in Springfield, Massachusetts . The location primarily houses outpatient programs focused on pediatric care, family advocacy and youth behavioral health. The Patient Service Representative role offers the opportunity to provide front line administrative and customer service support while supporting patients, medical staff and insurance providers.
The Patient Service Representative Will:
Check-in/check-out:
greeting patients, validating demographics, collecting co-pays Verify insurance: checking and confirming coverage eligibility
Communicate:
managing multi-line phone system, routing calls, faxing medical documents Manage data: utilizing scheduling systems, updating medical records, responding to and routing messages
