Job Description

Outstanding Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic office seeking an energetic, caring individual to join our team in Sudbury , MA. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an orthodontic office or dental office , be personable , patient focused , able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to work with others as a team , be responsible and have excellent communication skills. Our office takes pride in the way we treat our patients, we do it with a smile.

Dental experience is required. We offer competitive wage and benefits. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Receive and post payments and have knowledge of processing orthodontic insurances.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and address any patient concerns promptly.
