$20.00-$24.00 per hour, DOE About the Role Bethesda Medical Associates is seeking a friendly, reliable Medical Office Receptionist to join our busy membership-based primary care practice. In this role, you will serve at the front desk as the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in healthcare, with hands-on exposure to a supportive medical office team. What You'll Do Serve at the front desk as the welcoming face of the practice Answer high-volume phone calls with professionalism and care Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments Manage EHR workflow and other basic office tasks Communicate effectively with clinical staff What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Dependable and professional demeanor Prior office or customer service experience a plus, not required Knowledge of medical terminology a plus Position Details Full-time position, weekday hours Supportive team environment Hands-on medical office experience (required)
