What You Will Do:
Champion the
Patient Experience:
Provide a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date. Navigate the
Care Journey:
Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests to keep our clinical team and patients perfectly in sync.
Provide Financial Clarity:
Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
Ensure Accuracy & Flow:
Maintain the heartbeat of the office by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing the essential clerical support that keeps our environment organized and welcoming.
What You Will Need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
