Overview Primary Care Nurse PractitionerCentral Maine Medical Center - Topsham Family MedicineTopsham, MainePosition SummaryCentral Maine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established outpatient primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care within a collaborative health system committed to improving the health of our communities. Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform preventive care and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients on wellness and disease management Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certified (FNP or ANP) Active or eligible for Maine NP licensure DEA certification (or eligible) Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills Employment Status Full Time Shift Days Equal Employment Opportunity Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
