Arbor-Ypsi Foot & Ankle Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. We take pride in creating a positive, team-oriented environment where every staff member plays a vital role in delivering excellent service. Schedule:
Monday•
Thursday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments and surgical procedures Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Authorize and schedule diagnostic tests Verify insurance benefits and obtain referrals Post patient payments and maintain accurate records Confirm appointments and communicate effectively with patients Manage office emails, faxes, and appointment mailings
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly demeanor and commitment to patient service
