The Role:
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for patients and caregivers—handling calls, verifying insurance, updating records, and ensuring every step of the order process runs smoothly and compassionately.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Great people skills and a friendly, professional phone presence Able to handle a high volume of calls Proficient with computers and data entry Strong multitasking and time management abilities What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming calls and provide helpful customer support Assist patients and caregivers by evaluating product options and guiding them toward the best solutions Keep communication flowing between patients, families, facilities, and our internal teams Enter patient details and order information into our system accurately Work with caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers to track order updates and ensure all documentation is in place Verify insurance, determine cost-effectiveness, and obtain authorizations to move orders forward Perks & Benefits Competitive pay Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid time off + floating holiday 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Training and growth opportunities
