Premier Internists Job Duties:

Includes but is not limited to: Greet & check-in patients Verify patient information and insurance cards Complete proper waivers when required Check-out patients Schedule appointments Address discreetly & collect patient balance and co-payments Complete referral & prior authorization process Chart documentation Balance daily accounts receivables Stock & clean waiting room Maintain a safe & clean work area We ask that you be able to: Includes but is not limited to: Be courteous and kind to patients & visitors Maintain confidentiality of medical information in conjunction with HIPAA Perform a variety of duties which may change often Repeat activities according to a routine procedure Work quickly/well under pressure in critical or unexpected situations Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy Communicate with courtesy and professionalism in giving direction and instructions relative to paperwork and /or treatment; if needed Work within a team-oriented environment Be flexible and open to change
