Job Description
Major Duties:
Provides outpatient therapy services and case management support to youth and families. Completes clinical assessments, treatment documentation and related reports in accordance with established standards. Delivers training and informational sessions to community partners to support coordinated care and service awareness. Conducts outpatient therapy with youth and families, completes clinical documentation, develops therapeutic treatment plans and discharge summaries, and ensures accuracy and integrity of claims submitted for billing.Provides case management services and advocacy to youth and families.
