Experience in a medical office is required and those skills are mandatory for a new hire. Excellent typing skills and computer knowledge is absolutely necessary. Monday thru Friday , no weekends. Hours are 8am start to 5pm typically. Job entails telephone and in office reception, making appointments, patient test ordering, chart prep, hospital record access for chart prep and patient information, patient check in and out, collecting co-payments, scanning info to patient charts, offsite office travel, in general ALL office work associated with a medical clinic is expected to be part of the job duties. We are looking for someone to represent our practice that is professional, has a great work ethic and values job security, enjoys working steady and learning all aspects of work in a private office. We believe the more you know the more you are worth . We are looking for the right person to be 'that' employee whom patients trust and know will give them polite, professional and intelligent service. The job is guarantied 40 hours a week and offers some overtime weekly as clinic hours are needed. Medical Dental insurance, 401k available, PTO, holiday pay after 90 days. We do have off site time share offices and will most likely require one-two half days a week at a satellite office. Details to be discussed at an interview. Good transportation is required. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. No weekends. Some overtime necessary to accommodate occasional clinic delays past 5pm.
