We are excited to open our new West Palm Beach office and are looking for a friendly, reliable front desk professional to join our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist who thrives in a busy medical environment and understands the importance of outstanding patient service. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for our patients.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls Verifying insurance information and collecting copays Managing patient flow and communicating with clinical staff Maintaining accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system Handling referrals, authorizations, and general administrative duties Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Knowledge of basic medical terminology strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Team player with a positive attitude Must be willing to undergo a background check
