Motivated to accept already CHW (Community Health Worker) certified applicants, and Clinic will help keep this certification active. Further, if not already CHW certified, interest for accepted candidate to complete initial patient services team training, then opportunity extended to complete a Clinic paid CHW certification that can be fulfilled within working a 40 hr/week schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

At least (2) years recent combined experience in customer service, patient registration, health records; or other medical office experience highly regarded, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Role welcomes CNA, Medical Assistant related experience. Electronic medical records (EMR) experience preferred. High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Self-directed; able to maintain confidentiality, handle crisis and tolerate stress professionally. Excellent interpersonal and team skills. Ability to relate well with diverse populations of varying socio-economic backgrounds.
