What You'll Do:

Provide skilled hospice nursing care during evening and overnight hours. Deliver pain and symptom management with a comfort-focused approach. Support patients and families through education and compassionate communication. Provide care in homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing settings. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure aligned patient care. Complete documentation supporting continuity and quality outcomes.

Who This Role Is Built For:

Active Minnesota RN license. Hospice, ICU, palliative care, or oncology experience preferred, but not required. Nurses interested in transitioning into hospice are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and independent decision-making skills. Calm presence and strong clinical judgment. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area.
