PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR - RICHFIELD MN OFFICE
This patient-facing position is responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, greeting patients that come to the clinic, call on the phone, or communicate by e-mail. Appointments may include : New Patients, Returning Patients, repairs/service, and other related services. Greet patients professionally and in welcoming manne Answer phone calls, return messages, texts and emails Gather and enter all patient demographic and insurance information over the phone when making appointments Calling insurance companies to verify benefits Make and record appointments for both office locations Confirming/reminding patients of appointments Scanning various documents into patient's chart Be comfortable asking for payment and collecting outstanding balances Must be able to multitask and willing to learn new tasks as needed Must be reliable, organized and detailed oriented This position is a 4 day per week 32 hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Starting salary from 18 to 21 dollars per hour with health insurance and accumulated PTO. Added incentives available for motivated and dedicated individuals.
